Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Voluntarily agree to participate and sign the informed consent form
- Able to provide primary or metastatic cancer tissue samples
- Have at least one measurable lesion according to RECIST version 1.1
- Have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- Have adequate organ function
- Expected survival time of at least 12 weeks
You will not qualify if you...
- Untreated brain metastases or active central nervous system tumor metastases
- Tumor invasion of large blood vessels or unclear boundaries with blood vessels on imaging
- History or presence of other malignant tumors
- Clinical symptoms or moderate to severe pleural, pericardial, or peritoneal effusion
- History of interstitial pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, or non-infectious pneumonia requiring steroid treatment
- Poorly controlled or severe cardiovascular disease
- Bleeding events of grade 2 or higher within 1 month before first treatment
- Serious infection within 1 month before first treatment
- History of immunodeficiency
- Known allergy to any component of SHR-7782
- Other conditions that may affect study results or cause early termination as judged by the researcher
