Age: 20Years - 40Years
All Genders

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Male or female gender
  • Age between 20 and 40 years
  • Diagnosed with postural kyphosis
  • Kyphotic angle greater than 40 degrees
  • Thoracic pain rating greater than 3
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Thoracic, scapular, or clavicle abnormalities
  • Vertebral fractures, history of trauma, or spinal surgery
  • Prolonged steroid use over 6 months or rheumatologic conditions
  • Cardiac or autoimmune diseases
  • Structural kyphosis confirmed by X-ray
  • Scoliosis confirmed by X-ray
  • Cancer, neurological disorders, metastasis, or inflammatory conditions
  • Osteoporosis, pregnancy, or genetic conditions affecting bones, muscles, or cartilage
