Trunk Extensor Endurance Training Versus Scapular Mobilization in Patient With Thoracic Kyphosis
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female gender
- Age between 20 and 40 years
- Diagnosed with postural kyphosis
- Kyphotic angle greater than 40 degrees
- Thoracic pain rating greater than 3
You will not qualify if you...
- Thoracic, scapular, or clavicle abnormalities
- Vertebral fractures, history of trauma, or spinal surgery
- Prolonged steroid use over 6 months or rheumatologic conditions
- Cardiac or autoimmune diseases
- Structural kyphosis confirmed by X-ray
- Scoliosis confirmed by X-ray
- Cancer, neurological disorders, metastasis, or inflammatory conditions
- Osteoporosis, pregnancy, or genetic conditions affecting bones, muscles, or cartilage
