What this Trial Is About
The aim of this study is to evaluate the oncologic and functional outcomes of RPLND as primary treatment (stage I and IIA-IIB with negative markers) or of residual masses after chemotherapy (PC-RPLND) in the treatment of patients with seminomatous and non-seminomatous. In order to evaluate the role and the͛clinical impact of different surgical techniques of RPLND will be included patients treated with open, laparoscopic, and robot-assisted techniques

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 18 years or older
- Underwent or planned to undergo RPLND of residual mass after chemotherapy for seminomatous or nonseminomatous testicular tumors using open, laparoscopic, or robotic techniques
- Primary RPLND for stage I or IIA-IIB seminomatous or nonseminomatous testicular tumors with negative markers using open, laparoscopic, or robotic techniques
- RPLND performed for chemiorefractory seminomatous or nonseminomatous testicular tumors progressing after first and second line chemotherapy
- Provided informed consent

- Presence of medical conditions that contraindicate surgery
- Hemorrhagic diathesis
