Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Female aged 21 to 65 years
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II
  • Scheduled to undergo breast surgery under general anesthesia
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patient refusal to participate
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) 35 kg/m2 or higher
  • Sensitivity or allergy to study drugs
  • Coagulation abnormalities
  • Psychiatric disorders or communication difficulties
  • Chronic neurological diseases
  • Skin infection at the needle puncture site
  • Chest wall deformity
