Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with any stage of rectal cancer undergoing surgical resection
- Age greater than 18 years
- Able to provide informed consent
- Lesion located within 15 cm of the anal verge
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Participation disqualified if intraoperative specimen is collected for frozen section analysis
