Adult patients (18 years or older)
Patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer
Patients who have started approved AstraZeneca or alliance drugs at enrollment or within the previous three weeks
Patients who have given informed consent according to local regulations

Patients currently participating in an interventional clinical trial for non-small cell lung cancer, except low-interventional studies unrelated to NSCLC treatment
Patients already enrolled in another module of this study
Patients under legal guardianship, curatorship, or safeguard of justice
