- Patient has existing genomic information from tumor molecular profiling
- Patient's case is reviewed by a hospital expert molecular tumor board
- Patient has advanced cancer or a rare disease
- Patient has exhausted all established treatment options
- Patient is not eligible for any ongoing clinical trials
- Treatment decisions are based on the patient's cancer subtype and biomarker results
