Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patient is under the care of an HSS rheumatologist
  • Positive ANA or positive anti-ds DNA, anti-Ro/SS-A, or other autoantibody on two or more occasions at least 12 weeks apart
  • Presence of one or more signs or symptoms of connective tissue disease, such as arthralgia, arthritis, myalgia, rash, sicca symptoms, pericarditis, pleuritis, pulmonary symptoms, peripheral neuropathy, photosensitivity, alopecia, oral or nasal ulcers, leucopenia, anemia, or abnormal nailfold capillaroscopy
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Meeting criteria for a well-defined connective tissue disease including systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyositis or dermatomyositis, systemic sclerosis, or antiphospholipid syndrome
  • Younger than 18 years old
  • Unable to provide informed consent in English
