Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Pregnant with monochorionic diamniotic twins between 11 and 14 weeks gestation, confirmed by ultrasound or conception date
- Women aged 18 years or older who can provide informed consent
- Written informed consent form approved by Ethical Committees
- For TTTS group: diagnosis of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome with specified Doppler velocity parameters and undergoing laser surgery
- For sIUGR group: diagnosis of selective intrauterine growth restriction with at least 20% estimated fetal weight difference between twins

- Younger than 18 years old
- Unable to provide informed consent
