Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Expected survival of at least 3 months
- Measurable multiple myeloma disease meeting IMWG 2016 criteria
- Previously received at least two lines of anti-myeloma therapy
- Relapse, failure to respond minimally, or disease progression after last treatment
- BCMA positive
- ECOG performance score of 0 or 1
- No severe impairment or suppression of liver, kidney, coagulation, bone marrow, or lung functions
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- History of other malignant tumors
- Active autoimmune diseases requiring immunotherapy
- Previous allogeneic stem cell transplantation
- Prior use of CAR-T or genetically modified T cell therapies
- Prior targeted BCMA therapy
- Severe cardiovascular disease
- Active infection
- Positive virology test
- Clinically significant central nervous system diseases or pathological changes
