Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 65 years
- Diagnosis of unilateral lateral elbow tendinopathy
- At least two positive results on Thomsen, Maudsley's Mill's, and Cozen clinical tests
- Symptoms lasting at least 3 months
- No chronic diseases preventing participation in the treatment program
You will not qualify if you...
- History of trauma or surgery in the involved elbow joint
- Orthopedic problems in the cervical spine, shoulder joint, or wrist
- Participation in a rehabilitation program in the last 3 months
- Corticosteroid injection in the affected elbow within the last 3 months
- Systemic arthritis
