  • Age 18 years or older
  • Clinically diagnosed with chronic kidney disease according to K/DOQI criteria
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Acute kidney injury
  • History of kidney injury within the past 3 months
  • Malignancy
  • Pregnancy
  • Incomplete clinical data
