Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 or above
- Received a kidney transplant within the past year with functioning kidney (eGFR > 30 mL/min)
- Have Type 2 Diabetes and use insulin
- Have access to a home Wi-Fi connection
You will not qualify if you...
- Have Type 1 Diabetes
- Taking hydroxyurea
- Unable to wear the Dexcom G6 device at all times
- Unable to test blood glucose 4 times a day during blinded CGM use
- Have significant visual or cognitive impairment
- Are illiterate
- Are prisoners
- Are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Have clinically unstable cardiovascular disease
- Are receiving active treatment for cancer
