Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Pregnant woman
- Meets criteria for in-utero surgery based on standard of care for the condition
- Provides signed informed consent detailing maternal and fetal risks of the procedure
You will not qualify if you...
- Contraindication to abdominal surgery, fetoscopic surgery, or general anesthesia
- Allergy or previous adverse reaction to study medications
- Preterm labor, preeclampsia, or unavoidable uterine anomaly during surgery
- Fetal aneuploidy, significant genomic variants, major fetal anomalies, or known syndromic mutations
- Suspicion of a major syndrome by ultrasound or MRI
- Maternal BMI greater than 40 kg/m2
- High risk for fetal hemophilia
