You may qualify if you...

  • Lower extremity peripheral artery disease with tissue loss consistent with Rutherford classification V or VI
  • Planned lower extremity endovascular intervention
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of non-arterial ulcers
  • Currently pregnant
