Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older, any gender
- Histologically confirmed recurrent or metastatic colorectal cancer
- Eligible for radiotherapy combined with standard chemotherapy, with or without PD-1 inhibitors
- Expected survival of more than 6 months
- Signed informed consent indicating understanding and willingness to participate
You will not qualify if you...
- Blood transfusion during operation or within 2 weeks before operation
- Pregnant or lactating women with fertility who do not use adequate contraception
- History of other malignant tumors within 5 years, except cured cervical carcinoma in situ or non-melanoma skin cancer
- Uncontrolled primary brain tumor or central nervous system metastasis with clear intracranial hypertension or neuropsychiatric symptoms
- Serious or uncontrollable diseases including severe heart disease unstable after treatment within 6 months, definite neuropathy or psychosis, severe or uncontrolled infection, active disseminated intravascular coagulation with bleeding tendency
- Significant impairment of important organ function
- Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator
