You may qualify if you...

  • Self-identifies as Hispanic or Latino
  • Diagnosed with diabetes (for patient video testimonials and focus group participants)
  • Treated at Access Community Health Centers or UW Health in Madison, WI (for patient and clinician video testimonials)
  • Clinician who treats patients with diabetes (for clinician video testimonials)
  • Diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes (for focus group participants)
  • Self-identifies as Hispanic or Latino (for online survey participants)
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
