Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients over 19 years old
  • Patients planned for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • High risk of aspiration such as gastro-esophageal reflux disease, hiatus hernia, pregnancy, or history of gastrectomy
  • Difficult airway including limited mouth opening, limited neck extension, or oropharyngeal pathology
  • Obesity with body mass index over 30 kg/m2
  • Presence of tooth mobility
