What this Trial Is About
In weekly expert meetings for oncological diagnostics and therapy, known as tumor boards, individual therapy recommendations are developed for cancer patients. By further developing and optimizing the CCCs' video tumor boards, initially using skin cancer as an example, we want to ensure that more patients can benefit from the expertise of several specialist disciplines and innovations - regardless of where they live.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult external patients recommended for presentation at Comprehensive Cancer Centers according to German Cancer Society certification
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Consent to participate in the study
- Patients with malignant melanoma from stage IIB or higher
- Patients with malignant melanoma and stage changes or recurrence
- Patients with extracutaneous melanoma
- Patients with cutaneous lymphoma from stage Ib
- Patients with complex malignant epithelial tumors with interdisciplinary issues
- Patients with rare malignant skin tumors regardless of stage
- Patients with severe side effects from drug-based tumor therapy
- Patients receiving tumor therapy exclusively or in co-treatment at an external clinic or branch
- External doctors with a medical license caring for eligible dermatological patients
You will not qualify if you...
- Inability to give independent consent due to language barriers or conditions like dementia
- No consent or withdrawal of consent for study participation
- External doctors without a negotiated and signed cooperation agreement
