Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients seen in consultation from 12/1/2024 to 6/1/2025
- Patients aged 18 years to 100 years old
- Patients diagnosed with breast or head and neck cancer
- English speaking patients
- Patients treated with definitive intent
- Patients treated at NYU Langone Health for their cancer
- Willing and able to provide consent
- Adult caregivers aged 18 to 100 years to patients who meet criteria above
- Caregivers willing and able to provide consent
- Doctors and nurse practitioners in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and ENT departments
- Providers aged 18 to 100 years
- Providers willing and able to provide consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with cancer in sites other than breast or head and neck
- Non-English-speaking patients
- Patients unable to complete surveys independently
- Caregivers unable to complete surveys independently
