- Women of reproductive age (18-49 years)
- Informed consent obtained
You will not qualify if you...
- Diabetes (Type I or II)
- Epilepsy
- Oncological diseases or inflammatory bowel disease
- Use of vitamin B12, folic acid, or vitamin D supplements within the last 3 months
