To describe the clinical, economic, and population characteristics of newly diagnosed, previously diagnosed, and suspected patients evaluated by Viz HCM. Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged 18 or older at time of arrival to healthcare facility
- Patients with a resting 12-lead digital electrocardiogram (ECG) flagged by Viz HCM for suspected HCM
- Newly diagnosed patients with HCM after Viz HCM implementation who have given written informed consent
- Previously diagnosed patients with clinical documentation of HCM diagnosis prior to Viz HCM implementation
- Patients suspected of HCM without sufficient clinical workup for confirmation
- Patients classified as unlikely HCM after alert review by site study staff
- Patients with HCM alerts not reviewed by site study staff during enrollment period
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
