We are enrolling participants aged 22 and older to have LASIK surgery in both eyes. Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 22 and older
- Healthy eyes with no abnormal corneal shape
- No excessively thin corneas
- No eye diseases such as glaucoma or cataracts
- Nearsightedness between -1.00 and -10.00 diopters
- Astigmatism of 3.00 diopters or less
- Similar levels of nearsightedness in each eye
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 22 years of age
- Excessively thin corneas
- Evidence of keratoconus
- Ectactic eye disorders
- Autoimmune diseases
- Pregnant or nursing at the time of surgery
- More than 1.5 diopters difference in nearsightedness between eyes
- Astigmatism greater than 3.00 diopters
- More than 0.75 diopters difference in astigmatism between eyes
