You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years and above
- Primary cancer diagnosis within the past 6 months
- Able to sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 18 years of age
- Diagnosis of primary non-melanoma skin cancer, brain cancer or brain metastases, or blood-related cancer
- Severe cognitive impairment preventing consent or questionnaire completion
- Life expectancy less than 90 days as assessed by treating doctor or investigator
