You may qualify if you...

  • People diagnosed with a disorder of consciousness
  • Have an appropriate family member able to act as a consultee
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Family members and healthcare workers who speak conversational English
  • Able to give consent
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Involved in decision making for a person with a disorder of consciousness
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Person with disorder of consciousness who is not currently in a DOC, diagnosis is uncertain, or appears to be emerging
  • Person who is clinically unstable or approaching the end of life
