Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Aged 18 years or older
  • ECOG performance status score of 2 or less
  • Pathologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma by endoscopic biopsy
  • Feasibility of neoadjuvant therapy approved by multidisciplinary team and reassessed for gastrectomy
  • Normal blood routine, liver, kidney, heart, and lung function before neoadjuvant therapy
  • Negative pregnancy test within 1 month, not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Ability to provide informed consent and comply with study protocols
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of metastasis
  • End-stage heart failure (LVEF <30% or NYHA class IV), liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh class C), end-stage renal failure on dialysis, or ASA grade IV
  • Cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, transient ischemic attack, central nervous system disease, or mental illness within 6 months preventing cooperation
  • Severe infections or allergic reactions to chemotherapy drugs or metabolic disorders
  • Concurrent tumors or other diseases requiring simultaneous surgery (except laparoscopic gallbladder surgery)
  • Requirement for emergency surgery due to tumor complications like bleeding, perforation, or obstruction
  • Participation in other clinical trials
