Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 18 years or older
- ECOG performance status score of 2 or less
- Pathologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma by endoscopic biopsy
- Feasibility of neoadjuvant therapy approved by multidisciplinary team and reassessed for gastrectomy
- Normal blood routine, liver, kidney, heart, and lung function before neoadjuvant therapy
- Negative pregnancy test within 1 month, not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Ability to provide informed consent and comply with study protocols
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of metastasis
- End-stage heart failure (LVEF <30% or NYHA class IV), liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh class C), end-stage renal failure on dialysis, or ASA grade IV
- Cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, transient ischemic attack, central nervous system disease, or mental illness within 6 months preventing cooperation
- Severe infections or allergic reactions to chemotherapy drugs or metabolic disorders
- Concurrent tumors or other diseases requiring simultaneous surgery (except laparoscopic gallbladder surgery)
- Requirement for emergency surgery due to tumor complications like bleeding, perforation, or obstruction
- Participation in other clinical trials
