Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Signed Informed Consent Form (ICF)
- Ability to comply with protocol, in the investigator's judgment
- Female aged over 18 years (no upper age limit)
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- Histologically documented triple negative breast cancer (negative ER, PR, and HER2 status)
- Histologically confirmed invasive breast carcinoma
- Agreement to undergo systemic and surgical management after treatment
- Adequate hematologic and organ function based on lab results within 14 days before treatment
- Negative beta-HCG if applicable
- Availability of quality tumor tissue sample confirming triple negative status
- For women of childbearing potential: agreement to use effective contraception or abstain during treatment and for one month after
- Negative serum pregnancy test within 14 days before starting treatment for women not postmenopausal or sterilized
You will not qualify if you...
- Male gender
- Prior systemic therapy for current breast cancer
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to MitoQ
- Active viral hepatitis
- Known HIV infection with detectable viral load
- Active tuberculosis
- Severe infections within 4 weeks before treatment
- Any condition that contraindicates use of the dietary supplement or affects study results
- Pregnant, lactating, or intending to become pregnant during the study
- Undergoing fertility preservation procedures
