- Ward level: Inpatient wards managing adult patients
- Patient level: Aged 14 years or older
- Patient level: Admitted as inpatient to one of the study wards
You will not qualify if you...
- Ward level: Cardiology, pediatric, and obstetric wards
- Ward level: Intensive care units and emergency departments
- Ward level: Operating rooms
- Ward level: Outpatient clinics
- Ward level: Daycare wards, endoscopy, outpatient procedure areas, and hemodialysis units
- Patient level: Do-Not-Resuscitate status or no commitment for full life support at time of ward arrival
