Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adolescents aged 11-18 years at enrollment and able to provide assent
  • Diagnosed with any type of sickle cell disease
  • Currently receiving care at a pediatric center
  • Able to read and write in English
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Care transitioned to an adult facility
  • Visual, hearing, or cognitive impairments that may prevent completing the songwriting intervention or data collection
