- Healthy adults
- Body mass index (BMI) greater than 18 kg/m² and less than 28 kg/m²
You will not qualify if you...
- Food intolerances
- Food allergies
- Chronic inflammatory diseases
- Metabolic diseases
- Viral or bacterial infections within the last 3 weeks before joining
- Use of immunosuppressive medication
- COVID-19 infection within the last 4 months
- Influenza infection during the current flu season
