Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 to 28 years
- Diagnosis of opioid use disorder
- Willingness to receive treatment with extended release naltrexone or buprenorphine under care of Mountain Manor Treatment Center physician or nurse practitioner
- Willingness to designate a family member or other significant person for treatment involvement
You will not qualify if you...
- Psychiatric or medical instability such as suicidality, psychosis, or frequent sickle cell crises that prevent trial participation
- Living more than 75 miles from the treatment center or homelessness preventing trial participation
