Step-by-Step Onboarding Flow

1. Initial Inquiry or Outreach
   Advocacy groups can reach out through our official partnership form or be invited by our outreach team. During this step, we gather basic information about your group, its mission, and target communities.
2. Eligibility & Alignment Review
   We review your organization’s focus areas to ensure alignment with our platform’s ethical recruitment goals, DEI principles (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and participant protection standards.
3. Introductory Call with DecenTrialz Team
   A dedicated partnership coordinator will schedule a call to walk through your goals, explain how our platform works, and identify campaign possibilities tailored to your community.
4. Compliance & Ethical Readiness Checklist
   You’ll receive a partnership packet that outlines HIPAA, IRB, and communication guidelines, with templates for co-branded awareness materials. You’ll also confirm your agreement to non-coercive, informed promotion practices.
5. Portal Access & Toolkit Delivery
   Once approved, your team receives login credentials to our Advocacy Partner Portal (if applicable), access to recruitment toolkits, print-ready materials, and digital assets.
6. Campaign Kick-Off or Integration Planning
   We jointly determine whether your campaign will focus on general awareness, condition-specific trial education, or direct referrals (with proper consent workflows in place).
