The DecenTrialz PSP Dashboard supports multi-channel communication with participants throughout the screening process. Multi-channel support helps maximize the chance of reaching participants by allowing nurses to use whichever channel the participant prefers or responds to fastest.
The available channels are Email, SMS, Phone Call, WhatsApp, and Web Chat. Nurses can initiate communication directly from the participant detail view or through the dedicated Chat module accessible from the left sidebar.
Each channel is logged on the participant record so nurses can review the full communication history for any participant in one place.
