The Stage Progress Bar at the top of the participant record includes a Revert Stage button that moves a participant back to a previous stage. This action is useful when a participant requires re-screening, when they were advanced incorrectly, or when new information requires reassessment.
Reverting a stage updates the Activity Logs with a timestamped record of the change, including who performed the action and from which stage to which stage the participant was moved. The participant's status is also updated to reflect the reverted stage, and the participant becomes available for re-screening from that point forward.
