The Nurse Dashboard is organized into three tabs that present different views of trial activity: Overview, Nurse Analytics, and Site Analytics.
Overview tab
The Overview tab is the nurse's home screen for day-to-day work. It displays a personal trial summary with all the information needed to plan the day's outreach.
Information shown includes the nurse's participant counts at each pipeline stage, calling metrics for the recent period, follow-up tasks due today, and any participants flagged in the Need Attention panel. The Overview tab provides immediate insight into the day's priorities so nurses can quickly identify which participants to contact first.
Nurse Analytics tab
The Nurse Analytics tab displays personal performance metrics within a trial. The tab is designed to support self-assessment so nurses can evaluate their own work over time.
Available metrics include the nurse's individual conversion rates from stage to stage, calling statistics, and stage-by-stage participant breakdowns. Nurses can use the tab to identify patterns in their performance, recognize successful approaches, and find areas for improvement. The tab does not display peer-level performance data; it is focused entirely on the logged-in nurse's own activity.
Site Analytics tab
The Site Analytics tab displays enrollment performance for the sites the nurse works with. The view is useful for understanding how participants the nurse refers are progressing at each site.
Metrics include referrals received by each site, appointments booked, participants visited, and site-level conversion rates. Nurses can use the tab to identify sites where their referrals convert well and sites where additional follow-up may be needed.
