Overview of the Four-Stage Participant Pipeline

The DecenTrialz PSP Dashboard structures the participant screening process into four sequential stages. Each stage has a dedicated tab on the participant record that becomes active when the participant reaches that stage.

The four stages are Primary Screening (initial outreach and high-level eligibility check by the nurse), Secondary Screening (structured questionnaire to confirm detailed eligibility), Site Screening (in-person screening at the assigned study site), and Recruited (final enrollment in the clinical trial).

Nurses lead outreach through the first three stages, and the Site participates during Site Screening. Recruited represents the final outcome of the screening process. Participants progress through the stages sequentially, but can also be reverted to a previous stage when reassessment is needed.
