Understanding the Stage Progress Bar

1 min read
Last updated: July 07, 2026

Every participant record includes a Stage Progress Bar at the top of the screen that tracks progress through the four pipeline stages: Primary Screening, Secondary Screening, Site Screening, and Recruited.

Completed stages are marked with a checkmark, and the active stage is highlighted. Stages that have not yet been reached appear inactive. The progress bar provides a quick visual reference for where the participant currently stands in the screening process.

The Stage Progress Bar also includes a Revert Stage button that allows nurses to move a participant back to a previous stage when circumstances require reassessment.
