Primary Screening is the first stage of the screening pipeline. When a lead enters the system from a marketing campaign, social media, inbound call, or other source, it lands at the Primary Screening stage.
The assigned Registered Nurse reviews the participant record and attempts contact through the available channels (call, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or web chat). The Primary Screening tab displays the participant's basic intake information, and nurses update the Participant Status and Call Updates from this tab.
Primary Screening does not include a structured questionnaire. Qualification at this stage is based on the nurse's judgment, the basic information captured during intake, and the qualification score generated by the system. If the participant appears eligible, the nurse marks them Primary Qualified to advance them to Secondary Screening.
