What is the Trial Dashboard?

The Trial Dashboard is the operational hub for managing participants within a specific clinical trial. Once a trial is live, all participant activity flows through this dashboard.

Registered Nurses use the Trial Dashboard to monitor the participant pipeline, track follow-ups, review their performance metrics, and access the calling and messaging tools needed to conduct outreach. The dashboard provides a real-time view of participant progress at every stage of the screening process, from initial intake through final recruitment.

The Trial Dashboard is trial-specific. When a nurse is assigned to multiple trials, each trial has its own Trial Dashboard view, and nurses can switch between them using the trial selector at the top of the screen.
