Who Can Access the DecenTrialz PSP Dashboard

Four external user roles have access to the DecenTrialz PSP Dashboard. Each role receives an individual login and sees only the data relevant to its responsibilities.

The Registered Nurse role manages the participant screening pipeline, conducts outreach, administers pre-screening questionnaires, and refers qualified participants to study sites. The Study Site role manages incoming referrals, schedules and conducts in-person screening appointments, and records visit outcomes. The Sponsor role reviews trial analytics and enrollment performance for trials they fund. The CRO role reviews enrollment and screening data across the trials they manage operationally.

Access for any role must be provisioned by DecenTrialz before login is possible. If users do not have credentials, they should contact their DecenTrialz point of contact to request account setup.
