Each external user role on the DecenTrialz PSP Dashboard has a dedicated dashboard view tailored to that role's responsibilities. Role-scoped dashboards prevent information overload and enforce appropriate data visibility, since each role only needs to see the data relevant to its work.

Nurses see participant pipelines and outreach metrics. Sites see referrals and appointments scheduled at their location. Sponsors see enrollment analytics for trials they fund. CROs see aggregated screening data across the trials they manage operationally.

The role-specific design also helps protect data privacy by ensuring that users do not see participant information they don't need for their job.
