RECRUITING

It is admitted that: * Joint replacement is a commonly performed major surgical procedure that has considerable success in alleviating pain and disability; * These procedures may be done with the help of a bone cement (PMMA) to fix the prosthesis to the bone (cemented fixation); * Most common reasons for primary joint replacement are osteoarthritis, osteonecrosis and trauma; * Most common reasons for revision of joint replacement are dislocation, infection, fracture and prothesis loosening; * Quality of bone cement have a large influence on long-term implant stability. TEKNIMED has developed several bone cements and a cement restrictor currently used in arthroplasty procedures. With the increasing use of these procedures, there is a need of real-life long-term safety and efficacy data on the bone cements. This retro- and prospective study is performed to assess the safety and performance of TEKNIMED arthroplasty products in their current clinical use.

RECRUITING

The primary endpoint is the identification of predictive factors of resistance to pembrolizumab in first-line treatment of MSI and/or dMMR metastatic colorectal cancer CORESIM is a retrospective and prospective multicenter national French cohort. National recruitment will be carried out in all French centers, including the FFCD, AGEO, GERCOR, and UNICANCER, representing more than 150 centers and most French sites, public and private hospitals. In France, pembrolizumab for first-line treatment of patients with MSI mCRC was accessible via its compassionate use in February 2021, then its reimbursement was effective in June 2023 Patients treated with pembrolizumab will be included prospectively on the start date of the study, i.e. on February 2024; patients treated since February 2021 via compassionate use of pembrolizumab will be included retrospectively A total of 600 patients are expected. The theoretical duration of inclusion is set at 2 years. All patients will be followed up for 3 years.

RECRUITING

It is admitted that: * Bioabsorbable interference screws are frequently used for graft attachment in knee cruciate ligament reconstruction, * Bioabsorbable pins are indicated for the realignment and fixation of epiphyseal fractures, osteotomies, arthrodesis and bone grafts of toes, * Non-absorbable suture is usually used for the repair and the reinforcement of ligaments or tendons structures during surgery procedures, * Anchor devices are usually used for the repair of rotator cuff tendons and biceps tenodesis. Furthermore, resorption properties of many available devices (screws, pins) that are marketed as bioabsorbable may be different and not always very well defined. This retro-prospective study is performed to confirm the safety and performance of TEKNIMED sports surgery products in their current clinical use. Studied products include - but are not restricted to - the following TEKNIMED products: * EUROSCREW® NG * ISOFIX® * SUTUR'LINK® * A'LINK'S® * BIORESORBABLE PINS And following associated TEKNIMED instrumentation: * ACL Instrumentation * A'LINK'S® Instrumentation * STAINLESS STEEL PINS
