This is an open-label, randomized, multi-site, Phase III, interventional clinical study designed to determine the efficacy and safety of BNT323 compared with investigator's choice of single agent chemotherapy in previously treated participants with recurrent endometrial cancer (including HER2 1+ or 2+ score as determined using a centralized immunohistochemistry \[IHC\] analysis method), whose disease has progressed on at least one line of platinum-based therapy and ICI (Cohort 1). In addition, participants with recurrent endometrial cancer with HER2 IHC 3+ score will be enrolled in a BNT323 monotherapy arm (Cohort 2) to further investigate the efficacy and safety of BNT323. In Cohort 1, participants will be randomized 2:1 to receive either BNT323/DB-1303 or investigator's choice of single agent chemotherapy, preferably doxorubicin or paclitaxel (or docetaxel if contraindicated to paclitaxel and available at the site) until Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1) defined progressive disease (PD) unless there is unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or another criterion for discontinuation is met. In Cohort 2, participants will receive BNT323 monotherapy until RECIST v1.1 defined PD unless there is unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or another criterion for discontinuation is met. The study consists of a screening period, a treatment period, a safety follow-up period, an efficacy follow-up period, and a long-term survival follow-up. The expected treatment duration per participant is \~6 months, followed by an anticipated long-term survival follow-up period of up to 53 months.

The study consists of two parts: * Part 1 - Dose escalation: In this part of the study, participants with histologically confirmed, chemotherapy-pretreated advanced HR+, HER2-low or HER2-ultralow BC will receive BNT323 in combination with BNT327 (BNT323 + BNT327) in a dose escalation design. This will define the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for the BNT323 + BNT327 combination therapy. * Part 2 - Dose optimization and exploratory cohorts: This part of the study will be an expansion phase, aiming to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the optimal dose combination and providing a more robust comparison against the other treatments. It will start once the enrollment in Part 1 is completed and the sponsor in conjunction with the Safety Review Committee has assessed available Part 1 efficacy and safety data. Part 2 of the study will have four cohorts, i.e., Cohorts 1 (dose optimization cohort), and Cohorts 2, 3, and 4 (exploratory cohorts). Recruitment to Cohorts 2, 3, and 4 will begin with RP2D from Part 1 and in parallel to randomization in Cohort 1. Randomization is planned for Cohort 1 in Part 2, i.e., participants will be randomized in 2:2:1:1 ratio into one of the four arms (RP2D of BNT323 + BNT327, lower dose of RP2D of BNT323 + BNT327, BNT323 monotherapy, and BNT327 monotherapy). No randomization is planned for any other cohort in Part 2.

An open-label, controlled, multi-site, interventional, 2-arm, Phase II/III trial of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab vs pembrolizumab monotherapy as first line treatment in patients with unresectable recurrent or metastatic HPV16+ HNSCC expressing programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1) with combined positive score (CPS) ≥1. This trial has two parts. Part A, is an initial non-randomized Safety Run-In Phase to confirm the safety and tolerability at the selected dose range level of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab. Part B, is a randomized part to generate pivotal efficacy and safety data of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab monotherapy in the first line setting in patients with unresectable recurrent or metastatic HPV16+ HNSCC expressing PD-L1 with CPS ≥1. Patients included in the Safety Run-In Phase of the trial (Part A) will not be randomized to Part B and will continue on-trial treatment (BNT113 plus pembrolizumab) within Part A. For Part B, an optional pre-screening phase is available for all patients where patients' tumor samples may be submitted for central HPV16 DNA and central PD-L1 expression testing prior to screening into the main trial. Patients will be treated with BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab or with pembrolizumab monotherapy for approximately up to 24 months.

Malignant hypertension is the most severe form of high blood pressure, fatal if left untreated. It has not disappeared, with an increasing incidence. Patients with the disease, mainly young (35 to 55 years of age), have an unfavorable cardiovascular prognosis (14% of cardiovascular and renal events at 4 years). Despite these facts, scientific research on the subject remains limited. The definitions and diagnostic criteria have not changed since 1929, and the therapeutic recommendations remain empirical. This first prospective and multicentric registry will increase and modernize the knowledge of the disease. From these data, diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations based on solid scientific evidence could be developed. The investigators want to first recruit 500 patients and define their prognosis at 5 years. The impact of the patient's phenotype, type and number of target organs affected will be studied. A modern definition, adapted to these results, could be proposed. The epidemiology of the disease, the care pathways, the target organ disorders and the management carried out in the centers will be described in detail.

DSP-5336-101 is a phase 1/2 open-label, dose escalation, dose expansion study in which the safety, PK, pharmacodynamics, and clinical activity of orally administered DSP-5336 will be evaluated in patients with relapsed or refractory AML, ALL, or acute leukemia of ambiguous lineage, and in selected sites and regions, in adult patients with high-risk relapsed or refractory MDS or relapsed MM. Additionally, the safety and clinical activity of orally administered DSP-5336 will be evaluated in combination with Standard-of-Care (SOC) AML treatments including: (a) the SOC nonintensive regimen (venetoclax + azacitidine) or (b) the SOC intensive regimen (cytarabine + daunorubicin induction, 7+3) in patients with newly diagnosed AML who have MLLr or NPM1m.

This is a phase 3 open-label, randomized, controlled, multicenter study to compare petosemtamab vs investigator's choice monotherapy in HNSCC patients for the second- and third-line treatment of incurable metastatic/recurrent disease. HNSCC patients must have progressive disease (PD) on or after anti-PD-1 therapy and platinum-containing therapy. Patients treated with platinum-containing therapy only in the adjuvant setting, or in the context of multimodal therapy for locally advanced disease, should have PD within 6 months of the last dose of platinum-containing therapy.

This is a Phase 3 randomized, open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of petosemtamab plus pembrolizumab vs pembrolizumab in first-line treatment of recurrent or metastatic PD-L1+ HNSCC. HNSCC patients should not have had previous systemic therapy administered in the incurable recurrent or metastatic setting, although previous systemic therapy as part of multimodal treatment for locally advanced disease is allowed if PD was ≥6 months after the last platinum-containing therapy dose. Previous treatments with anti PD-(L)1 or anti-EGFR therapies are not allowed. In the case of cetuximab, patients who have received cetuximab with radiotherapy as a local treatment and PD was \>1 year after the last dose of cetuximab are eligible.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of baxdrostat in combination with dapagliflozin, compared with placebo and dapagliflozin, in reducing the risk of the composite endpoint of ≥ 50% sustained decline in eGFR, kidney failure, HF events, or CV death in participants with CKD and HTN. This study consists of a 4-week dapagliflozin Run-in Period for participants untreated with SGLT2i at screening, and a double-blinded period where participants will receive either baxdrostat/dapagliflozin or placebo/dapagliflozin. Site visits will take place at 2-, 4-, 8-, 16-, 34, and 52-weeks following randomisation. Thereafter visits will occur approximately every 4 months. The study closure procedures will be initiated when the predetermined number of primary endpoint events is predicted to have occurred (N = 845) ie, the PACD. All randomised participants including any participants who have prematurely discontinued study intervention will be scheduled for a SCV within 6 weeks of the PACD. This period can be extended by AstraZeneca. In case of premature discontinuation of blinded study intervention, participants will continue in the study and receive dapagliflozin 10 mg, unless the participant meets dapagliflozin specific discontinuation criteria. Baxdrostat/placebo should not be administered without dapagliflozin: baxdrostat/placebo should be interrupted if dapagliflozin is interrupted (baxdrostat/placebo may be resumed with dapagliflozin, if dapagliflozin is resumed), and should be permanently discontinued if dapagliflozin is permanently discontinued. If study intervention is temporarily or permanently discontinued, the participant should remain in the study, and it is important that the scheduled study visits (including the PTDV for participants with permanent discontinuation of study intervention) and data collection continue according to the study protocol until the SCV.
