RECRUITING
Prospective, primary data will be collected from patients with sNfL outcomes in the context of switching to ofatumumab or continuing their current therapy. Data collection will cover a maximum period of 24 months. The observational period will not be dictated by the protocol. Baseline and follow-up visits will take place at a frequency defined as per Investigator´s discretion following clinical routine. The diagnostic or monitoring procedures are only those ordinarily applied to therapeutic strategy and routine clinical care. During the observation phase of the study, data will be collected according to standard of care as recommended by KKNMS (Competence Network Multiple Sclerosis in Germany). Eligible participants for the study are patients who have received treatment with category 1 DMTs and those who have included sNfL into their treatment decision-making process. These patients have the option to either continue their current DMT or switch to ofatumumab. According to local treatment guidelines, DMT category 1 include dimethylfumarate/diroximelfumarate, glatirameroids, Interferon beta and teriflunomide. The decision to switch to ofatumumab or to continue the current DMT category 1 therapy must be made by the treating physician independently of the decision to enroll the patient in the study.
RECRUITING
This is a prospective observational study to investigate the asthma control and health realted quality of life (HRQL) of benralizumab treated patients in routine clinical practice, their asthma medication intake, and their changes in asthma medication during the study, up to 52 weeks. The asthma control will be analyzed by using the Asthma Control Test (ACT) and the Asthma Impairment and Risk Questionnaire (AIRQ®) at different timepoints during the study period either collected by the investigator or self-reported by the patient. In addition, health realted quality of life will be assessed at baseline and routine follow-up visits using the mini Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (miniAQLQ) which is collected by the investigator. To investigate the medication intake and assess the changes in asthma medication, the patients will record their weekly medication intake in a paper-based or an electronic medication diary throughout the study.
RECRUITING
As pegcetacoplan is a new product on the market, with a new mechanism of action, there is an urgent need to provide data to treaters, payers and the PNH community on the real-world usage and effectiveness of pegcetacoplan. This study aims to fill part of that knowledge gap and to add to the knowledge base regarding the use of pegcetacoplan in routine medical practice. Another important rationale for this study is to provide information on RBC transfusions and health care resource utilization pre and post pegcetacoplan treatment initiation. The study plans to include approximately 200 patients at 70 sites in Europe, Middle East, Canada and Australia. Additional countries may be added in the study if necessary. Patients meeting the eligibility criteria will be enrolled in the study and followed prospectively for approximately 36 months. Patient data will be collected from start of pegcetacoplan treatment to end of follow-up. Retrospective data on pegcetacoplan will be captured from the time of pegcetacoplan treatment initiation. Pegcetacoplan treatment data will be collected for a minimum of approximately 36 months and up to a maximum of approximately 72 months, including retrospective period depending on when the patient started pegcetacoplan treatment. After pegcetacoplan treatment discontinuation, patients will remain in the study for 8 weeks to capture any AEs. Patients will come to their routine visits and the available data from each visit will be collected. The scope of the study is to collect both retrospective and prospective data. The main part of the study will be prospective, collecting data on effectiveness, safety, patient- and clinician-reported outcomes and health care resource use. The study will also collect retrospective data before pegcetacoplan treatment start, which will consist of information on PNH treatment, blood transfusions and healthcare resource use. Data will be collected for up to 12 months prior to pegcetacoplan treatment start. As patients may have been treated with pegcetacoplan for up to 12 months prior to enrollment, retrospective data may be collected for up to 24 months. This means that the total data collection period including both the retrospective and the prospective part is up to 48 (+/- 3) months.
RECRUITING
The purpose of this study is to describe the clinical and health-related outcomes of amivantamab-containing regimens for the treatment of common epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC; most common type of lung cancer) in a real-world setting. Metastatic NSCLC is when this disease spreads to other parts of body. NSCLC may occur due to mutations (changes) in many genes including epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
RECRUITING
This non-interventional study will investigate the effectiveness of T-DXd, the patients demographic and clinical characteristics, treatment patterns including prophylactic medications and interventions for reduction of serious adverse events (SAEs), serious adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and safety event of interest (SEIs), tolerability, and patient survey of T-DXd, in cases with advanced HER2-positive gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma receiving T-DXd as second line of treatment and beyond treatment option. Patients will be treated according to the proposed indication statement in the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC). No investigational drug will be administered in this study. Data on conventional therapy (including platinum-fluoropyrimidine doublet chemotherapy, nivolumab, ramucirumab-paclitaxel, ramucirumab monotherapy, taxane or irinotecan, and pembrolizumab monotherapy) will also be collected in a disease registry part of the study.
RECRUITING
This is a global, multicenter study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of verekitug in participants with moderate-to-severe COPD. Adult participants are planned to be enrolled and will be allocated randomly in a 1:1:1 ratio to one of two dose levels of verekitug or placebo, in addition to their COPD background medications. The study consists of a screening period of approximately 4 weeks; treatment periods of between 60 weeks and up to 108 weeks; and a follow-up period, with the end-of-study visit 16 weeks after last dose.
RECRUITING
The main purpose of the study is to evaluate participant satisfaction after administration of ocrelizumab subcutaneous (SC) after 12 months using the therapy administration satisfaction questionnaire subcutaneous (TASQ-SC).
RECRUITING
The goal of this clinical trial is to study the addition of Acalabrutinib to standard R-miniCHOP in older adults with DLBCL. The main question it aims to answer is whether progression free survival kann be prolonged with the addition of Acalabrutinib. Participants will be randomised to receive either R-miniCHOP alone or R-miniCHOP with Acalabrutinib.
RECRUITING
The study is a retrospective, open, non-comparative, multi-centric PMCF study. The investigational device has CE approval. The investigation involves the retrospective collection of treatment data for the TPE treatment mode from the medical records. No further control treatments will be investigated in this one-arm design. The design is considered to be appropriate to reflect daily clinical practice and to contribute to empirical evidence of performance of the TPE mode of the multiFiltratePRO system. The site will document the treatment data of patients with an indication for the TPE treatment who had been treated with the investigational devices under the TPE treatment mode between 2019 and October 2023 in chronological order.

BERING-MELANOMA - designed as a prospective, longitudinal, non-interventional study - investigates real-world effectiveness, quality of life, safety and tolerability of encorafenib plus binimetinib in unresectable advanced or metastatic BRAF(Rapidly Accelerated Fibrosarcoma isoform B)-V600-mutant malignant melanoma after commercial availability of these two products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The study focusses on the documentation of the first and second line setting (i.e. after one line of prior checkpoint inhibition) by documenting patients treated according to the SmPC (Summary of Product Characteristics).
