This is a prospective observational study to investigate the asthma control and health realted quality of life (HRQL) of benralizumab treated patients in routine clinical practice, their asthma medication intake, and their changes in asthma medication during the study, up to 52 weeks. The asthma control will be analyzed by using the Asthma Control Test (ACT) and the Asthma Impairment and Risk Questionnaire (AIRQ®) at different timepoints during the study period either collected by the investigator or self-reported by the patient. In addition, health realted quality of life will be assessed at baseline and routine follow-up visits using the mini Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (miniAQLQ) which is collected by the investigator. To investigate the medication intake and assess the changes in asthma medication, the patients will record their weekly medication intake in a paper-based or an electronic medication diary throughout the study.

The total duration of the study is 76 weeks and consists of: Screening (up to 4 weeks), Treatment Period 1 (16 weeks, double-blind treatment with remibrutinib (Dose A or Dose B) or placebo, Treatment Period 2 (52 weeks, treatment with remibrutinib (Dose A or Dose B) and Safety Follow-Up (treatment-free follow-up for 4 weeks). Participants who prematurely discontinue study treatment (either during Treatment Period 1 or Treatment Period 2) are encouraged to remain in the study. Participants who do not wish to remain in the study will enter a 4-week Safety Follow-Up period.

RECRUITING

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic and often painful inflammatory skin disease which includes the forming of lumps, abscesses and scars in areas of the skin such as under the breasts, under armpits, inner thighs, groin and buttocks. This study will compare lutikizumab versus placebo for the treatment of adult and adolescent participants with the signs and symptoms of moderate to severe HS . Lutikizumab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HS. During Period 1 of the study, participants will placed in 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Around 1280 adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS will be enrolled in the study at approximately 275 sites world wide. During Period 2, participants that were part of the lutikizumab treatment arm in Period 1 will be re-randomized to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. Participants that were part of the Placebo arm in Period 1 will start Period 2 with an initiation of lutikizumab followed by a re-randomization to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. In Period 1, participants will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab or placebo every week for 16 weeks. In Period 2, participants that were randomized to lutikizumab in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week or every other week for 36-weeks. Participants that were randomized to the placebo arm in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week for 16 weeks, then either every week or every other week for 20 weeks. Period 3 is the Long Term Extentsion (LTE) and through Week 68, participants will continue to receive lutikizumab SC using the same assigned dosing regimen from the end of Period 2 for 16 weeks followed by open-label lutikizumab EOW for 140 weeks. Participants in the US that complete Periods 1 \& 2 will have the option to enroll in a 156-week open-label Sub-Study that will assess the long term safety and efficacy of lutikizumab in a prefilled pen. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires and diaries.

RECRUITING

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness and safety of a single dose of IPN10200 compared to placebo (double-blind phase) and how well and safely repeat doses of IPN10200 work over time (open-label phase) in adult participants with moderate to severe glabellar lines. Glabellar lines are wrinkle-like lines that appear between the eyebrows and can become more noticeable with age or repeated facial expressions. They may affect a person's appearance and confidence. All participants in the double-blind phase will receive IPN10200 or placebo during the first treatment cycle. De novo participants in the open-label phase will receive IPN10200 during the first treatment cycle. Some participants may receive additional treatment cycles with IPN10200 depending on their eligibility. There will be 3 periods in this study: * A screening period (up to 20 days) to assess whether the participant can take part, requiring at least 1 visit to the study centre. * A treatment period where participants may receive up to 4 treatment cycles. In the double-blind phase, participants receive a single treatment of IPN10200 or placebo. In the open-label phase (rollover participants from double-blind), eligible participants may receive additional cycles of IPN10200. In the open-label phase (de novo participants), participants will receive IPN10200 in the first cycle and eligible participants may receive additional cycles of IPN10200. Requires multiple visits during the first month followed by 1 visit every month. * A follow-up period (24 weeks) after the last injection where participants' health will be monitored. Participants will undergo health measurements and observation, including blood sampling, physical examinations, clinical evaluations and electrocardiograms (ECG: recording of the electrical activity of heart). They will also be asked to fill in questionnaires and keep a diary. Each participant will be in this study for up to 107 weeks. Participants may withdraw consent to participate at any time.

RECRUITING

This is a global, multicenter study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of verekitug in participants with moderate-to-severe COPD. Adult participants are planned to be enrolled and will be allocated randomly in a 1:1:1 ratio to one of two dose levels of verekitug or placebo, in addition to their COPD background medications. The study consists of a screening period of approximately 4 weeks; treatment periods of between 60 weeks and up to 108 weeks; and a follow-up period, with the end-of-study visit 16 weeks after last dose.

RECRUITING

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy profile of increasing doses of IPN10200 in comparison to placebo, with the aim to discover the doses(s) that offer the best efficacy/safety profile when used for the treatment of moderate to severe Upper Facial Lines. This study will be conducted in three stages. The full study (including all stages) will have a maximum 727 participants. Stage 1 (phase Ib \& II) * Step 1 (Phase Ib): a dose-escalation first-in-human step in participants with moderate to severe Glabellar Lines (GL) * Step 2 (Phase II): dose ranging step in participants with moderate to severe GL as compared with Dysport * Step 3 (Phase II): dose finding step in participants with moderate to severe GL as compared with Dysport, followed by an open label (OL) phase for the highest dose cohort to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of IPN10200. In the OL phase, participants may receive repeat administrations of IPN10200 for up to three additional cycles (up to four treatment cycles in total during the study). Stage 2 (phase II) - An evaluation of efficacy and safety of IPN10200 in one of the following regions: GL + forehead lines (FHL), forehead lines (FHL) or lateral canthal lines (LCL) Stage 3 (phase II) \- A safety and efficacy evaluation of IPN10200 in all three regions (GL, FHL and LCL)
