RECRUITING

The primary objective of the trial is to evaluate the efficacy of fluticasone propionate/albuterol sulfate multidose dry powder inhaler with electronic module (Fp/ABS eMDPI). Secondary objectives are: * To evaluate the efficacy of Fp/ABS eMDPI administered four times daily * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Fp/ABS eMDPI administered four times daily over four weeks * To investigate the pharmacokinetics of Fp/ABS eMDPI, ABS eMDPI and Fp eMDPI after administration of a single dose The planned study duration for each participant is approximately 10 weeks, excluding an optional prescreening visit.

RECRUITING

This is a global, multicenter study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of verekitug in participants with moderate-to-severe COPD. Adult participants are planned to be enrolled and will be allocated randomly in a 1:1:1 ratio to one of two dose levels of verekitug or placebo, in addition to their COPD background medications. The study consists of a screening period of approximately 4 weeks; treatment periods of between 60 weeks and up to 108 weeks; and a follow-up period, with the end-of-study visit 16 weeks after last dose.

RECRUITING

The purpose of this study is to assess the long-term safety and to explore the efficacy of astegolimab in participants with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who have completed the 52-week placebo-controlled treatment period in parent studies GB43311 or GB44332.

RECRUITING

The primary objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of high dose fluticasone propionate (Fp)/albuterol sulfate (ABS) integrated electronic module multidose dry powder inhaler (eMDPI) compared to ABS eMDPI in decreasing severe clinical asthma exacerbation (CAEs). Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of Fp/ABS low dose compared to ABS and the effect on systemic corticosteroid (SCS) exposure To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Fp/A BS The duration for each participant will be a minimum of 28 weeks including 2 weeks of screening, 2-4 weeks of run-in period and a double blind treatment period of minimum 24 weeks, however due to the event-driven nature of this study, the duration may range up to approximately 42 months depending on the timing when the participant was enrolled to the study, and when the study reaches its completion criteria

RECRUITING

Breast cancer is the most common cancer malignancy in women of childbearing age after the age of 25 years. Since the incidence of breast cancer under the age of 40 is increasing, and women tend to delay pregnancy into later reproductive years, the coincidence of pregnancy and breast cancer is increasing. About 1 in 1,000 pregnancies is complicated by breast cancer. Nevertheless, little is known about the right therapy for the mother and the unborn child. We are therefore carrying out a trial, collecting prospective and retrospective data about pregnant women, with histological confirmed breast cancer. Data on the biology of the tumour and placenta tissues is also collected. The anonymous data is collected in a database.

RECRUITING

This is a randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, parallel group global study designed to investigate the efficacy and safety of adding fixed-dose benralizumab (30 mg), administered subcutaneously (SC) every 4 weeks for the first 3 doses and then every 8 weeks for participants with a history of eosinophilic asthma, who remain uncontrolled on medium-dose Inhaled corticosteroid-Long-acting β2-agonists (ICS-LABA) with or without other asthma controller(s) (with the exception of oral corticosteroids), compared to the conventional treatment step of escalation of inhaled therapy to high-dose ICS-LABA plus placebo (benralizumab).

RECRUITING

The purpose of this randomized study is to demonstrate direct clinical benefit, i.e., observed benefits in how humans with COPD feel in terms of symptoms (e.g., cough frequency, shortness of breath, and other respiratory symptoms) and function (e.g., lung function, and six-minute walking test \[6MWT\]) after switching to THS compared to continuing to smoking cigarettes.
