Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Willing to voluntarily participate and sign the study consent
- Know or suspect they have SCT and agree to get tested to confirm or learn their SCT status
- Adults aged 18 years and older
You will not qualify if you...
- Unwilling to sign consent
- Known end-stage renal disease or on dialysis
- Diagnosed with sickle cell disease, including sickle cell-beta thalassemia
- Do not have sickle cell trait
