Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 40 and 65 years
- Male or female gender
- Dyspnea graded 1 to 3 on the mMRC scale
- Mild COPD stage as per GOLD classification with FEV1 ≥ 80% predicted
You will not qualify if you...
- Recent acute COPD exacerbation
- Current diagnosis of acute infections such as pneumonia or tuberculosis
- Orthopedic or neuromuscular conditions preventing participation in exercise
- Inability to follow commands or instructions
