Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age between 18 and 40 years
  • Sedentary lifestyle with less than 1 hour of exercise per week
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 40 kg/m2
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed cardiovascular, diabetes, kidney, or other metabolic diseases
  • Any disability, ailment, or physical issue that limits ability to exercise regularly
  • Participation in other studies interfering with exercise protocols
  • Pregnant, trying to become pregnant, peri-menopausal, or post-menopausal women
  • History of smoking within the last 6 months
  • Belonging to vulnerable populations such as children under 18, pregnant women, or prisoners
