Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18 and 40 years
- Sedentary lifestyle with less than 1 hour of exercise per week
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 40 kg/m2
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed cardiovascular, diabetes, kidney, or other metabolic diseases
- Any disability, ailment, or physical issue that limits ability to exercise regularly
- Participation in other studies interfering with exercise protocols
- Pregnant, trying to become pregnant, peri-menopausal, or post-menopausal women
- History of smoking within the last 6 months
- Belonging to vulnerable populations such as children under 18, pregnant women, or prisoners
