Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- Fluent in English
- Able to provide informed consent
- Able to complete questionnaires independently or with assistance
You will not qualify if you...
- Untreated schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
- Recent suicide attempt or severe psychiatric illness requiring hospitalization within last 6 months
- Active delirium
- Advanced dementia
- Currently participating in other legacy programs through palliative care clinic
